Since it's the first time running the China Fest, what are the mechanisms in place to make sure it runs smoothly?

We have a dedecated leadership team in place - all volunteers;
We have the entire community behind us, and many organizations have signed up;
We have run our school smoothly for 16 years; participated Holiday Folk Fair for 8 year; Publishing our Culture magazine, Milwaukee Lantern for 5 years; and smoothly run Chinese New Year at the Domes for four years.
We take our mission seriously and have dedicated people to get the job done.
With the backing of financial supports from your company, we will even more ready for get the show on the road!

What are the projected attendance rate for this event?
We expect more than 20,000 visitors.

What are the major promotion and marketing campaigns before the event to ensure a high attendance rate, how can it benefit your company if we sponsor the event?

Milwaukee Art Museum will conduct a major Promotion on 'Summer of China' and will spend a good amount of effort to promote Chinese Culture Fest, especially two weeks before the event; We have build our website in Chineseculturefest.org; we plan to print 100,000 fliers to spread the word; we will send our press releases, and will reach our to media companies to tape in their means.

If our company employees can come to volunteer and help with the festival, how should we do that and what kind of help the MCCC would need?

Your employees can help in a number of ways - by getting involved in organizing the event, or a portion of a program; by volunteer their time in the event; by organizing a few dragon boat race teams; etc.

How can we know that the donations/sponsorship are used appropriately?

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and we have tight accounting rule and policies.
We will use all the support for organizing the Chinese Culture Fest and can provide expense receipts to account for all the expensed related to sponsorship from your company.
